Billing, trials, and how SmartSignPro fits your screens.
What is SmartSignPro?
SmartSignPro is digital signage software. You organize locations, each with one or more screens. You create publications (images and text) and assign them to screens; the viewer rotates through them based on your schedule and duration settings.
How does the free trial work?
You start with a 7-day free trial. We ask for a credit card at signup (processed by Stripe). You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
When am I billed?
After the trial, you are billed on the cadence you picked: monthly or yearly, starting at the end of the 7-day trial.
What if I cancel an annual plan?
After the trial, yearly subscriptions are not refunded mid-term. If you cancel, you keep access through the period you already paid for and the subscription does not renew.
What happens if my subscription ends?
Org admins are guided to the subscription area to renew. Public viewer links for signage may continue for a short grace period, then stop until you renew.
Can I reduce screens on a smaller plan?
Yes. When you move to a plan with fewer screens, you can choose which locations or screens stay active.
Enterprise
We offer on-site hardware, installation, setup, and help with your signage UI. Contact us for a custom quote.
Payment security
Card data is collected and stored by Stripe. SmartSignPro does not store your full card number.
